Terms of Service
The general conditions of use and sale must be known by all participants or future participants.
They specify the rights and obligations, for the participant as well as for the company TROTT'IN LOIRE.
TROTT'IN LOIRE is a Limited Liability Company (SARL) registered with the RCS of Blois in 2022.
THE ALL-TERRAIN ELECTRIC SCOOTER IS AN ACTIVITY THAT REQUIRES
IMPERATIVELY TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY THE GUIDE.
Article 1 CONDITIONS AND ACCESS TO PRACTICE
• All participants will bet must be accompanied by a guide from the company TROTT’IN LOIRE
• The all-terrain electric scooter TROTT'IN LOIRE is Zosh brand, it is imposing, robust
and weighs 40 kg.
As a result :
o The "All-terrain electric scooter" activity is authorized from the age of 12 if the size
and the autonomy of the participant allow it, the minimum recommended height is 1.35m
approximately.
o Minors must be accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for them.
o The weight of the participant to use the scooter in good conditions is 120 kg
maximum.
Article 2 COMMITMENT OF THE PARTICIPANT
• Participants declare:
o Be in good physical health and have no contraindications to the practice of activities
physical and athleticare.
o Know how to ride a bike.
o Not be under the influence of any medicinal product or narcotic, drug or alcohol,
which may impair his vigilance or which may modify his behaviour. In case of false
declaration, TROTT'IN LOIRE disclaims all liability.
Article 3 RIDE IN AN ELECTRIC SCOOTER ALL TERRAINNOT
• Its duration varies between 2 and 4 hours depending on the trip requested.
• It includes reception, equipment, briefing, presentation of the "Good Conduct" Charter,
handling and the ride.
Article 4 MANDATORY EQUIPMENT AND RECOMMENDATIONS
• Helmets, gloves and goggles are mandatory and provided by TROTT'IN LOIRE.
• Closed shoes are mandatory, sunglasses, backpack and water bottles are strongly
advised.
• An outfitadapted to weather conditions.
Article 5 HIGHWAY CODE
o The participant must respect the highway code, accept and sign the TROTT'IN LOIRE charter
"Good conduct". The rules for the all-terrain electric scooter, category "Motorcycle
Personal Motorized Travel (EDPM)", are essentially the same as those applicable to
cyclists, with certain specificities.
o The specifics are as follows: our scooters can only be used on roads at 50km/h
maximum, cycle paths, greenways and trails. They are prohibited on sidewalks and limited to
25km/h.
Article 6 TROTT'IN LOIRE CHARTER "GOOD DRIVING"
• Respect a safety distance of 4 to 5 METERS between each scooter.
• Always pay attention to the scooter in front of you and remain cautious.
• You MUST keep both hands on the handlebars and always keep control of your speed
and your trajectory.
• Slow down when passing hikers, riders, cyclists and stand in single file.
• Sound the horn (upstream) when we approach an overtaking of hikers, cyclists
or others.
• Respect the rules of the road.
• Stay in groups.
• Be courteous, polite to leave a good image of the practice of the all-terrain electric scooter.
• Respect natural areas, fauna and flora during our walks.
In the event of NON-RESPECT of the safety instructions stipulated in this Charter, the company TROTT'IN LOIRE
discharge from all liability and damages incurred (bodily and material).
Article 7 GETTING STARTED WITH THE ELECTRIC SCOOTER
• After briefing, acceptance of the "good conduct" charter and before setting off on a ride, a
hand of approximately 30 min is necessary to introduce the Zosh scooter and perform exercises
practices in order to completely master your scooter (knowing how to brake, knowing how to turn and apply the
“good conduct” charter)
• The guide reserves the right to refuse a participant if he considers that the latter is unable to
drive the scooter in good conditions for reasons of safety, size or autonomy.
In the event of NON-RESPECT of the charter, OR OF BAD BEHAVIOR AT THE HANDLEBAR OF THE SCOOTER of a
or more participants, the company TROTT'IN LOIRE reserves the right to interrupt or shorten the ride
at any time without refund.
Article 8 INSURANCE
• Our scooters are insured by the company MMA, cabinet Germond, 41500 Mer. The insurance covers the
participant against the consequences of material damage and bodily injury caused by a failure
mechanics of the electric scooter to third parties.
The company TROTT'IN LOIRE declines all responsibility in the event of bodily injury or material damage following the
FAILURE TO RESPECT the safety instructions stipulated in the Charter (see Article 6).
No claim or recourse will be brought against the company TROTT'IN LOIRE
• The company TROTT'IN LOIRE cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur
during the activity. No prosecution can be envisaged on the part of the participants.or their

• The participant is criminally responsible for any traffic offenses he may commit.
Article 9 DEPOSIT and DAMAGES
A deposit is required either in cash, credit card imprint or by check with ID. The amount of the
deposit is €800 per scooter or per group (with designation of a manager) in agreement with the company
TROTT'IN LOIRE. The deposit is not cashed and is returned in full to the participant(s) at the end of the
ride if the scooter and its equipment are returned in the same condition as when taken in hand.
The participant acknowledges by signing the charter to have received the scooter and its equipment in perfect condition.

Article 10 PAYMENT AND METHODS OF PAYMENT FOR THE ACTIVITY
At the Trott'in Loire shop
• Payment for the activity is made in full by the participant(s) before the start of the ride.
• The methods of payment accepted are: Cash, credit card and Chèques Vacances (ANCV)
On the Internet
• The ticket or the gift voucher purchased online, opens the rights to participate in a ride determined on the ticket.
It is not refundable, except in cases of force majeure (see article 14). The purchase of a ticket implies acceptance of
general conditions of use and sale by the participant or by the beneficiary of the gift voucher.
Article 11 RESERVATIONS
• By internet, email or telephone, each ride must be reserved and confirmed in return (internet,
mail, telephone) by the company TROTT'IN LOIRE.
Article 12 RATES
• Rates are valid from January 1, 2023, they are subject to change at any time, without notice. They
include activity, VAT and Professional Civil Liability insurance.
Article 13 POSTPONEMENT OF ACTIVITY DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS
• TROTT'IN LOIRE reserves the right to postpone the ride(s) in the event of bad weather conditions. THE
Participants will be notified a few hours in advance. In case of postponement, the participants' ticket remains
valid for a future date. Furthermore, participants are not authorized to judge the conditions

Article 14 MODIFICATION/CANCELLATION OF THE TOUR BY THE PARTICIPANT – CONDITIONS OF
REFUND
The participant undertakes to notify TROTT'IN LOIRE of any modifications relating to the reservation: modification

In the event of cancellation by the participant:
• Cancellation more than 8 days before the activity, full refund of the amount paid
• Cancellation between 8 days and 3 days of the activity, partial refund up to 50% of the
reservation.
• Cancellation of a reservation or withdrawal of one or more participants within 3 days
activity, no refund.
• Cancellation for force majeure, the company TROTT'IN LOIRE alone will be able to consider
reimbursement upon presentation of proof. A postponement of the date may be considered depending on
the availability of TROTT'IN LOIRE walks.
In the event of the participant's absence, without notice, on the day of the ride, the ticket will be considered consumed.
Article 15 GIFT VOUCHER
• The TROTT'IN LOIRE gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The holder of the gift voucher
must contact by phone or email to arrange a date for the ride. Holder
undertakes to accept and sign the general conditions of use made available to the company
TROTT'IN LOIRE
Article 16 GDPR
• TROTT'IN LOIRE is committed to a process of compliance with the General Regulations on the Protection
of Data (GDPR) implemented on May 25, 2018.
Article 17 IMAGE RIGHTS
• Any participant agreeing to be photographed or filmed, authorizes the company TROTT'IN LOIRE to
fully dispose of the photographs and other images representing it. These photographs/videos
may be reproduced, represented and/or adapted if necessary on posters, flyers, videos
advertising, social networks or the website of the company TROTT'IN LOIRE, as part of its
communication.
The reservation with TROTT'IN LOIRE implies having read the general conditions above
and to accept without reserve all the clauses
